The company Alumínio ABC declares the authorization to allow the use of the image/photo/art of its products for free, for an indefinite period, throughout the national and international territory, with the use allowed on the website and any other form of media, including in advertising campaigns , of a journalistic nature, photographic, audiovisual productions, in blogs, printed materials, television programs, internal publications, social networks and any other form of image use or reproduction, provided that the legislation established in the territory where the image will be used is respected, without causing any moral or criminal damage to the assignor.

IT'S FORBIDDEN:

– Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer any image/photo/art.

– Use an image/photo/art in such a way that it infringes on any trademark or intellectual property of a third party, or that gives rise to a lawsuit for false advertising or unfair competition.

– Falsely state, explicitly or reasonably implied, that an image/photo/art was created by you or someone other than the copyright owner(s) of that content.

– Use an image/photo/art to promote or sell similar products that are produced by another competing company.

The offense of copyright infringement is provided for in article 184 of the Penal Code, which describes criminal conduct as the act of infringing rights inherent to the author, or related to them.
